1 Morteau sausage, sliced
- 1 kg small potatoes, peeled
- 250 g pot of caincoillotte

Place Morteau sausage in cold water without pricking and simmer for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes. Arrange potatoes and sausage slices in a dish and pour a pot of cancoillotte over.
